As the Inside Sales Rep, you will be the initial contact with many established and inbound prospective customers and establish a positive and professional impression of FASTSIGNS. The ideal candidate is a customer-focused and motivated individual, considered a self-starter with excellent communication and relationship-building skills who can provide outstanding service and grow our customer base, including clients like leading local sports teams, museums, universities, small businesses, and more.

Personality, organization, and attention to detail are the keys to success in this role. If you like interacting with people, enjoy detailed and multi-step projects, and have a knack for juggling several things simultaneously, then you will love this job! You will be the first impression of the center and the person that is going to quarterback the process from idea to design to fabrication and installation to deliver on the client's needs. You will be responsible for inbound orders via walk-ins, phone calls, web/email inquiries. You're punctual and consistent follow-up and follow-through will be imperative to growing your customer base. As our center grows, you will have the opportunity to grow through sales activities to help generate leads and/or design depending on your path.

As the Inside Sales Representative, you will learn all of our company capabilities and will share your thoughts and recommendations with the client on all their Visual Communication needs. You will help the lead designer with production art and design. We provide formal training to help you quickly become an expert in our state-of-the-art and easy-to-use sales system and wide range of sign products. You will support as needed with reports, close, invoices, and daily, weekly and monthly paperwork. As you learn, you will also cross-train for other roles like graphic designer, production designer, outside sales, and support operations of the center.

Qualifications:

Two years of sales or customer service.
Experience using Adobe Illustrator a plus.
Sign, printing, design or related experience a plus.
Proficient computer and internet skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Basic math and measuring skills.

Compensation: $42,500.00 - $52,500.00 per year
